3 Tips for Converting Browsers Into Buyers for Personal Injury Attorneys

3tipsConverting browsers into buyers for Personal Injury Attorneys is the focus topic of this interview with Stephen Fairley, CEO of The Rainmaker Institute.

Stephen shared 3 very specific tips that apply to both attorneys, and staff of a personal injury law firm (especially tip #2).

Tip #1: Connect with your leads – FAST.
There is a direct correlation between how fast you connect with a person who has submitted an inquiry (online, phone, voicemail etc.) and whether or not you are able to actually retain them as a client. For every minute you wait, your chances of converting that prospect minimize.

Tip #2: Never make an attorney response for following up. Have a system, or an Assistant in place.
This is good news for the personal injury lawyer. Have an assistant determine whether or not a prospect is a good client for your law firm and have them set up the appointment with you if they are a good potential client.

Tip #3: Call a minimum of 5 to 7 times before giving up.
You’re likely thinking “I can’t follow up 5-7 times!” … that’s why you have your assistant help with this. Just because a prospect hasn’t returned your call, doesn’t mean they’re not interested or they’ve hired another lawyer. They’re busy – which is why you want to have your assistant call a minimum of 5 to 7 times before giving up.

Watch the video below and share your comments on how you will implement these tips into your personal injury practice.
